Cozumel Feb 2010 Traveling with Mother in Law - Best All Inclusive Beach Club?

My Mother in Law has some physical issues and is bothered by extreme heat. She can get around okay, but she requires firm footing.

The day we are going to be in Cozumel (Freedom of the Seas) there will be 6 cruise ships in port comprising close to 20,000 people. I want to do something to try to get away from the crowds. Cozumelcruiseexcursions offers a couple of all inclusive beach resort day passes. I am concerned that Nachi Cocom does not have indoor air conditioned seating areas where she can go sit if the heat is too much.

Cozumelcruiseexcursions also offers an all day inclusive package at the Wyndom Cozumel Resort and Spa. There is an indoor lobby and a couple of restaurants that have good views of the ocean. Has anyone done this excursion?
