Transfer to the airport in Buenos Aires

I could not get this answered by calling Princess or from my T.A. All they both told me is we would be driven to the airport. Our flight does not leave until 11:00 PM on the day we disembark from our Antarctica cruise. If we purchase the Princess transfer, I know our bags will go directly to the airport. My question is what does Princess do with us -- are we just taken to the airport to hangout until late that evening or do they have a hospitality center somewhere where you stay until it is time. If that is the case, is it centrally located somewhere where you can leave to get a bite to eat or buy a souvenir or is it somewhere you are pretty much stuck at. When we were on the Alaska cruise, you were taken to a hospitality center which was close to many restaurants and stores. In New Zealand, the hospitality center was at some racetrack where you were pretty isolated. Does anyone know how transfers are handled in Bueno Aires?
