Past Guest reception

The past guest party is usually on the fourth night, in the Universe Lounge. The cabin steward will place an invitation in your stateroom, which you will need to bring with you to the reception. It will probably be held around 5:15 pm, just before the first seating.
The past guest reception does not have the dress code as the Captain's reception, but Carnival suggests cruise casual, so you can wear the same dress attire suggested when you go to the dining room. No need for special attire. They will serve drinks and have a drawing for a bottle of champagne, along with a picture taken with the captain.
They show a video which tells you about the history of Carnival and then they show all the ships. You will hear people clapping for the ships they have been on.
