Reggae beach or shaw park?

We're leaving on our cruise next week and haven't decided where to go in Jamiaca. We went to dunn's river falls and bamboo beach club last year - now just want a nice beach to relax on. Our ship sells a tour to Shaw Park that sound o.k., but it's a little pricey. Does anyone know about Reggae Beach? How easy is it to get there? How much does it cost? Is it as nice as it sounds? We would appreciate any input!
