Getting Married October 22, 2009 on Carnival Fascination

I am getting married October 22, 2009. We are getting married on board the ship before we set sail and we are haveing the one hour reception and one hour open bar. After the Enterance of the Bride & Groom and the first dance for the Bride & Groom, Father / Daughter Dance and the Groom and Mother Dance and the cake cutting and the toast, How much time will we have to dance and talk with the guest? Does anyone have any pointers

I remember entering the reception and cutting the cake right way. I think the toasts were next. Then every grabbed some food and we mingled and danced. We didn't do the traditional dances so I'm not sure when they would normally be done. Time really does go quickly.

Hi, we did the cake cutting and toast immediately. Then completed the First Dance and Father/Daughter dance. Afterwards, they opened the buffet. I only had the hour reception and that was enough time for folks to eat and mingle. I didn't eat since my braces were still on but I certainly had hubby pack a plate to go for me. I just thanked everyone for coming and then it was time for them to go. Wedding over - yipppeeeeee!

I didn't have a watch on so I don't know exactly what time but it feels like 2 mins, seriously! It was probably 20 or 30mins??
