Default Want to see The Love Boat again?

Maybe this is old news, but CBS.com has several full episodes of The Love Boat: http://www.cbs.com/classics/the_love_boat/

Or... you could take a fabulous Princess cruise (they show the episodes on the onboard TV programing - what a great show, corny but entertaining, although makes you kind of sad as just about all the celebrity "passengers" are no longer with us

OMG! It's so funny to come across this thread. My husband and I have been watching an episode each night for the last week or so. After last night's episode, we actually spent some time on Princess's website "window shopping" for a cruise. That 107-day round-the-world NY to Rome sure got us dreaming!

OMG I grew up watching these shows. But....I just watched 15 minutes of 1 and it is a whole different world having actually been on a cruise now. Can't wait to watch more but DH is ready for me to get off the computer. Only wish it was on CCL instead of Princess ( I think).
Thanks for the link. It will be fun to watch when there is nothing else to do..

I don't remember what network it played on, but I remember that it came on Saturday nights followed by Fantasy Island. But I was fairly young and could be mistaken.

Could you clear your browser history to see them or does it know you are in Canada by your IP address?

I can't watch it from Guadalajara, Mexico, either. Wrong geographic region.
Hey, we like the Love Boat in Mexico, too.

Glad I had my first useful thread here! I got burnt out last night, stayed up to 4 am watching.

Where else can you see Ruth Gordon (Rosemary's Baby) along side Patty Duke and Juan Epstein from Welcome Back Kotter? (with Marcia Marcia Marcia in there too for good measure)

That episode was special to me because Tab Hunter was in it. We were eating at a deli in Minneapolis and Tab was there eating too and my stepfather made us leave without finishing to follow him in his car (he is still nuts about celebrities). I was about 13 and I was SO embarrassed and I didn't know who he was until that episode aired. I guess we were paparazzi without cameras at the time.

The complete first season is available on DVD and are available on Netflix as well.

I thought The Love Boat ran on ABC? Followed by Fantasy Island? Wait...maybe...hmmmm....seems to me I remember the original tv movies were done for CBS then the series was picked up by ABC?

And yes, I HAVE sailed on the Love Boat. My very first cruise on the Pacific Princess!

I woke up at 5 am today and couldn't go back to sleep (on a Sat ugh!). So, enjoyed a couple of episodes till DH came downstairs and asked "you still watching that?" He just doesn't understand. I wanted to be Julie when I grew up. And its so neat to watch now and see how different things are, specifically the cabins. And the way they dress up for dinner Thank you so much for the site..........

Download a program called Hotspot Shield. It stops the US sites from being able to detect your IP and you can watch all programming available only to the US. We use it for HULU all the time.
