Default To the "How Do You Not Focus on Food While You Cruise" thread participants

I just found this website

http://www.mypyramid.gov

It lets you put in your stats and tailor makes a food pyramid for you. If you are carrying a little extra it will ask you if you want to see a plan that might help you shed some.

It's very straightforward. It lists food categories and measurable servings in terms of ounces or cups. It also identifies exactly what would constitute a "grain" or a "dairy" item.

If you come to understand it, it might help you make better choices on your cruise while still eating the tasty food you want to eat. If you get 5oz of meat each day, you will probably want to "save" that serving for dinner and eat differently for lunch.

Anyways, thought it was neat enough to share!

Happy Sailing!
