Default Dream CTN from NY

Booked this cruise and am very excited to see this ship! It looks like the sideway inside cabins on Upper Deck are quite a bit wider than the other inside cabins. Can someone confirm this? Thanks.

No one has been on the Dream yet to see for themselves...You can tell us??!! Take pictures of any cabin you are in.

Default Meant from the deck plans!

LOL! I meant from the deck plans it looks wider. We have done CTN cruises in the past and just love it even though it is for a shorter time...not having to drive is key and 2 days is enough to recharge the old batteries! We will report back and take some pics, though have never uploaded them before! May need some help from the boards.

Its like the port holes cabins, some look longer than others, some say they are 1 ft longer every other one ...maybe take a tape measure to see if they are 185 s.f. or they are larger when you go?? Sometimes hard to tell by eyeballing them for sure.

Sometimes deck plans arent to scale and they could be wrong, so just seeing they look larger, we wouldnt know until someone is on the ship like you.

Sure we can tell you how to put them up. You can do them as thumbnails, that is the easiest, click on "go advanced" instead of quick reply, then manage attachments and you can just attach the pics on your computer...or harder but nicer, you set up a account with someone like photobucket, then click on the little mountain like thingee above, and copy and paste the www. ... line from photobucket and paste it into the pop up and the picket appears in your post.

Smile thanks!

Thanks for the mini-lesson! I'll take pics and post. Though the prices are ridiculous for a 2 day.....well worth it to be on a brand spankin' new ship! Did it for Serenade of the Seas and it was awesome.

I'll say. We only paid about $100 more for a 7 day cruise on the dream next September.

CTNs are higher in cost per day than longer cruises. But on this CTN we will be the 5th guests to stay in that cabin-EVER!

What's the roll call up to? Guess I gotta go find out. . .

We'll be on the fourth sailing -- transatlantic. Almost here! Very chatty roll call, lots of fun planned!

Default Have Fun !!!

I thought about going on this one. But instead we are booked on a 7 day
West Caribbean in January. I was tempted by the transat also.
I did a two day from L.A. (travel trade) on the Splendor and it was a blast.
Have a good time. It is cool looking at pictures of a new ship being built, knowing you are going sail it.

I am watching prices.. Its a 2hr drive so an easy last minute trip! If prices drop to $300pp or less for an inside, I am in. Right now with our past guest rate its $419. If they dont drop that low.. oh well..
