We stayed in San Juan earlier in the year and when I was looking at hotels for the night before the cruise, none of them offered any type of transportation to or from the ship or airport. We stayed at the Marriott Stellaris and I think it was $15 to the Pan American Pier.

We've stayed in S.J. numerous times, and had to take cabs from the airport to the hotel. If you rent a car with Charlie's, they will drive you to the ship, or pick you up at the pier to get a car.
