Default Sky - Convertible Sofa

We are considering taking my son on the Sky for his 21st birthday this year. I was looking at "G" Cabins. There will be my son, my DH and myself. Can anyone tell me about the "convertible sofa"? I'm assuming it will be good enough to sleep on? We are campers so roughing it isn't out of the question.

My 16 year old slept on the fold out sofa and was uncomfortable. Next year we are going to ask the steward for a mattress topper in order to make it more comfortable. I think sleeping on the sofa is worth it for 3 or 4 days (but of course I wasn't the one sleeping on it). Or you can reserve a cabin that would hold 4 people and then you'd have a pullman for him to use.
