Default MIA to Pier - Private Car
Happy Sunday. I know that a taxi or purchasing transfers from cruise is cheaper but I think I want to reserve a car. Any suggestions? I have searched the internet but with the economy the way it is several of the companies where out of business. I just want to be careful.

Are you coming from a hotel in MIA?.
Why would you not want to take a TAXI?

There are alot of rental companies...all major national chains. If you want to rent a car to sightsee, that's cost-effective.
If you just want to go from the airport to the port, a taxi is the fastest, cheapest and easiest way to do it.
Same if you're going from a hotel to the port.
Why would you pay for a rental car for that short trip???

It would be easier to meet on the ship after boarding.
You'll possibly be going off in different directions when checking in and may be difficult to stay together

Default To Pier
Taxi 15 minutes. You speak Spanish? Got a couple hundred? No; then take a taxi. Car hires sometimes do not show up.
