Does Carnival Celebrate Halloween All Month?

I figured they would have Halloween / Fall fun during the last week of October, but I heard rumor on another thread that perhaps Carnival would be having contests/parties/decorations during October 10th - 19th; I cruise on the Inspiration on the 19th and I'd love to bring a costume!

I had posted this about about 1.5 weeks ago. 10/19 is the first sailing that will have it on the Inspiration.

All Carnival ships will host Halloween activities that will include a Halloween Party and costume contest for guests of all ages. Children and adults are encouraged to bring a costume for this occasion. In addition, children can participate in Trick-or-Treating throughout the ship. Halloween events will be held on the following

If it's anything like the last few years, they will have Halloween activities when you sail. However, most of them will be geared towards the kids, with halloween costume contests and ship wide candy hunts. I believe that Carnival has teamed up in the past with M&M's to sponsor their Halloween activities.
