Default Cat. G Cabin on Eurodam

Hello, we'll be in a Cat G. cabin on Eurodam next week.

Will we have a mostly obstructed view or a partially obstructed view?
Will we see cables and wenches, etc. and barely see the outside, or will we be
able to see the outside with little obstruction? Our cabin is 4082...

thanks,.

We were just on the Eurodam in a Category G cabin (4090) on the Upper Promenade between two lifeboats and very near Cabin 4082. It was obstructed by cables and winches but we still had a good view outside (could see the ocean and sky fairly well). The window in the cabin is floor-to-ceiling size like the standard-sized balcony cabins. We were very pleased with the cabin. It was centrally located just steps away from the central and Vista elevators as well as just one deck above the doors to the Promenade deck. We highly recommend this location for a cabin provided that it is located between two lifeboats. We usually try to book this type of cabin on other ships as well -- excellent value and quite satisfactory in terms of the view out of the window.

Default Cat. G

Thanks so much, Tobermory.

One of my friends will be in 4090. Thanks for responding.
I'm sure it will be fine. I knew that when I booked the cabin, just wanted to
hear it from someone who stayed in one.

Happy Sailing. We're sailing out 10/17...
