The Hard Rock site says November 17th for the restaurant and bar, but the store is open now.

These pictures were taken last week. Not sure they will meet the November deadline. Mack was there diving but did run over to take these; from what he saw the store is not open unless it is at another location.

I was in Costa Maya on 11/3 and the Hard Rock has quite a way to go before opening. However the store is open inside the port complex. I asked one of the salespeople when the actual restaurant would open and she said December. Seems like a stretch though. It looks like the Hard Rock will be part of a new shopping complex - it is all still in the early stages and unfinished.

Many months to go!
We were there last Friday (11/6) and I would guess they are at least 4 months or more. There is a store/stand open in the shopping village with lots of the typical Hard Rock merchandise.
Get out of the port area and into town - there are taxis waiting right where the Hard Rock is being built if you want to avoid the monopoly van service the port runs.

has any recent cruisers noticed how the Hard Rock is coming along? We'll be stopping there in March and my father loves stopping at every Hard Rock we are near
