Celeb's website not too friendly!

Greetings All,

Has anyone encountered problems with booking shore excursions via Celebrity's website? I've tried several times tonight, using Safari & Firefox. It keeps telling me to "ensure credit card info is correct." Well, it is. No spaces, no periods. Argh! It's very frustrating! Also, I think the interface could be a little more user friendly. Enuf of my rant...;>)

Never had problems using firefox, however I have heard that the website was designed to be used by internet explorer. I sure would try that if I were you.l

Silly questions, but when you went to do the payment, did you check the box for the guests; if you don't that's the error you'll get (trust me: been there, done that)

I did see that the guest box, me, was checked.

As for using Explorer, it's PC based, and I'm on a Mac.

Guess I'll try again later, or call a CSR tomorrow.

I’ve not seen this particular problem before but the site is notoriously intolerant of browser syntax and it is very easy to get into this sort of situation.

The site tries to be too clever by half.

I have found that it is often happy with Google Chrome.
