Default Portrait Package

I am considering purchasing a gift for my friend who is crusing for the 1st time with me and I was considering the portrait package, but I can't find what is included. Anyone purchased this before and know what is included in the package and is it worth the money?

Appreciate the help,
Tk

Hi. I'm not exactly sure what the "portrait package" is, but I'll tell you what we got on the Zuiderdam when we sailed in Alaska last July. We had a private sitting in a small studio off the photo gallery. There's a fancy name for this service, but we can't remember what it is. We worked with a woman named Daisy. She was a delight, and we enjoyed the considerable time that we spent with her. She does B&W only, and we had many shots to choose from. My husband is a professional photographer, and he was very happy with her work. We got 3 8x10's and 1 11x14, for around $350. And we received the DVD of proofs. I don't know if this is a standard package. I had the impression there was some room for negotiation, but my DH handled that. We'd never had a professional photograph done, and we just decided it was time. We saw some of Daisy's work and liked it. We've been very pleased with this purchase. The photos we chose were mailed to us at home and arrived extremely well packaged.

I don't know if this is any help, but feel free to ask questions if I've left out anything!

By the way, I was born in High Point, grew up in Asheboro, and now live in Raleigh.

Hmmm. I just read your post again, and I think you are probably referring to something on the gift list, so I probably didn't help at all!
