Superior OceanView (Obstructed)
Yes, I know I will be looking out over lifeboat.... Should I consider moving farther forward... Say 9002-9008???? No lifeboat ?? I orginially avoided the front as possible seasick prone?? From the floor plan I am forward of the elevator... Most traffic could be elevator back to Gym/Spa, right??? Thanks |

Don't worry about the "view"...the window is to let in light---not so much to SEE out of...you will do most of your ocean-gazing from an upper, open deck.
I'd rather be more midships with some obstruction, than have a crappy window "view" (and it's not that great!) and all the forward motion. Being near the elevators is a GOOD thing...no noise--very convenient! Last edited by cb at sea; October 27th, 2009 at 11:10 PM. |

I figured forward of the elevators by 3 or 4 cabins was good placement.
Less hallway conversation... but still convenient. Forward cabins did concern me for the motion issues... I think I am noise insulated with cabins above, cabins below??? First time jitters... |
