Default crown western carribean..what are the theme nights for dinning

Hi everyone, we are cruising in Jan on the Crown to the Western Caribbean,
looking at booking Sabitini's and the Crown Grill. Need to find out what the main dining room is offering on any given night with regards to the "Theme" ie: caribbean night, oriental night etc. I have looked at the dinner menu selection and, of course, the three they show are the Sailaway Dinner, Princess Dinner, Cosmopolitan, and Captains Gala.
Our ports are, in order, Fort Lauderdale (Sailaway Dinner), At Sea (formal maybe Captains Gala dinner), Grand Cayman ??, Roatan, Honduras ??, Cozumel Mexico (Mexican hopefully), At Sea (formal ??) Princess Cays (Farewell Dinner with baked alaska?)
Any input will help us organized our dinning options. We are also going to try to do the Chef's Table.
Thank you in advance.
Ann

I think the themed dinners will mostly be in Café Caribe. The themes in Café Caribe are sometimes:
  • Seafood (sailaway)
  • Mexican
  • Caribbean/Island
  • Trattoria (Italian)
  • Madras Curry (Indian)
  • Candlelight (have no idea as to the type of food with this theme)
  • Bavarian (German)
  • Mediterranean
  • Rijstafel (Indonesian)
  • Creole (New Orleans/French)

The only themes I've seen in the main dining room are the Italian, Caribbean (only in the Caribbean), and the Chef's Dinner (limited menu with the latter).
