Default Rebellious Fish Cocktail

NCL posted to Facebook that they were going to have these....they serve them in a fishbowl glass. Has anyone had them and did you like them? What was the cost and did you feel it was worth it?

Smile Fishbowl

I had one of these drinks on our cruise on the Sun a couple of weeks ago. The bowl is cute, and the drink taste like a rum punch.

Saw them--wanted one, didn't have one.
The "fishbowl" is much smaller than I imagined though...
I would say 4" is the diameter of the glass (at the most!)

I had one in January and it tasted like rum punch. Bought it for the cute glass bowl and thought the price was ok...can't remember how much it was since it has been so long.

$9.00.
Didn't like the sounds of what was in the drink so they made whatever I wanted.
Was it worth it? No, but the bowl is soooo cute.

That's what mine says! Also, I really liked the actual "Rebellious Fish" drink, though I'm not sure what was in it. I've attached a pic of me with the drink. Now I would NOT recommend the "Dark and Stormy"... maybe because it has ginger beer in it, but I did not enjoy. Get the fish!

We made it a point to try the "drink of the day" everyday. Some were very good, but I think the Rebellious Fish was just "ok". But it was fun having the variety. BTW - Check out the Mojito sampling (they had it on the Dawn in August). Got to sample seven different mojitos for $15 - best deal on the cruise.

Default rebellious fish glasses

Also saw these cute glasses on the Pearl last year and had to have one. Didnt want to pay the price for the drink because people said it tasted more like rum punch, so I went to the pool bar area and asked the bartender if I could buy a glass w/o the drink. Bought 2 of the cute glasses for $6.00 and they also served a drink in a large tall skinny frosted glass with fish on it. Bought those w/o the drink for $2. Just FYI if you want to go that route w/o the drink.

I got one on our trip to Bermuda. When we got back home I filled it with pink sand from the beach and a few pieces of beach glass and it is in my bathroom. So cute! (the drink wasn't so great though).

Wink Me too!

I did the same thing a few years ago. They served a drink...don't remember what it was...in a fishbowl glass with the "whatever" logo & I bought it and brought it home. It now sits in my bathroom with the black sand from Dominica and some white sea shells. Makes me always be thinking of the next cruise!

They don't always serve it in the special glass so if that's important for you, let them know!
