Default Which lines have 'participation awards'?

NCL gives you a card to collect signatures on from staff for organized staff activities such as shuffleboard, ring toss, walk-a-mile, ping pong, wii sports, team trivia, etc. Everyone participating gets one signature, the winner of contest gets two or sometimes more. On last full day of cruise, you 'cash' these cards in for logo merchandise (usually very cheap), that is a fun souvenir that is different from what you can purchase in ship's stores. The more signatures you gather, the more stuff you can get. The purpose is to encourage passengers to participate, and have fun.

Other lines have or used to have similar programs such as HAL's 'dam dollars', and Passport to Fitness. What other lines still have these programs?
