Default Pride out of Baltimore- cold? what to wear the 1st 2 days?

We're sailing out of Baltimore tomorrow and I'm packing (yeah a bit procrastination but H1N1 didn't help!!). I'm wondering what to pack for the 1st two days at sea - especially teh 1st one on Monday - does anyone know how cold/windy I would expecxt it to be? It's 37F in Mass right now so 'cold' is relevant...

Any advise would be appreiciated!
Thanks,
Ela

I was on the Pride last week. The forecast is calling for warmer weather this weekend, but definitely bring a sweatshirt for Sunday and the first day at sea...a little on the chilly side...especially in the evening. The second sea day (Tuesday) you're already off the coast of Florida doing circles so it should be nice and toasty

I would bring one or two warm outfits just in case. Especially if you are like me and still like to occasionally be outdoors enjoying the sea. Jeans/heavy sweatshirt or fleece type thing. It's 35 here this morning in Western VA. I'm already tired of winter!

When we sailed in May from Baltimore we hit an unusual cold snap for that time of year. We left port to upper 50s and very windy - not your typical sailaway! I woke up the first morning, could tell the ship was really rocking, stepped out on the balcony, and nearly froze my tail off!!! It was 45 degrees out that morning!!! Our first day was very cold and seemed even colder from the wind. Most onboard hadn't even brought anything warm - the gift shop sold out of sweatshirts! This was the week before Memorial Day so many people had not packed for cold weather at all. I heard many, many complaints from people who were miserable and cold about their "ruined" vacation. Thankfully I had brought two hoodie sweatshirts with us, DH had some cargo pants, and while I didn't have any long pants I at least had some denim capris that were warmer than shorts.

It is supposed to be 66 here in Bal mer tomorrow. The wind speed will be low so while docked it shouldn't be bad at all. Once you get moving down the bay I imagine the wind will be a bit of a factor and you will need some warm clothing. At night it is going to be in the 40s.

If you'll be spending time on deck or your balcony, layering is key. Polartec fleece, turtle/mockneck or long sleeved tee, long pants & you may want to throw in a pair of socks, if you have the shoes to wear with them.

Close to 60 degrees today, 68 tomorrow and 70 on Monday. Enjoy your cruise!

All I 've done is bring up a suitcase!! I guess that's a start. I can't wait until tomorrow, and I will remember to bring jeans and a hoodie!!

It was 29 degrees in Silver Spring, MD (about 40 miles south of Baltimore) this morning. Right now it is 60 degrees. It is suppose to be around 70 tomorrow as others have said. It would bring a light jacket or sweatshirt and pants. The weather has been up and down here.
