Default Coral - 1st Post Dry Dock Comments

Ship looks really good in the public areas. Lots of new carpet and new paint. Some work continued overnight during the cruise to finish the carpet.

Did not see any new flat screen TVs - at least on Dolphin. MUTS looks good, as does the Sanctuary which seemed mostly empty.

Carpet in my mini-suite was not new, but the mattress was either new or in really great shape.

Lots of work was still underway sanding and varnishing the deck railings.

Cruise review coming, but it was the worse disembarkation I've ever seen. 2000 people filling deck 6 waiting to enter the lounge for customs. Passengers screaming at each other due to line cutting - but Princess had zero queue control - it was just a mob scene. If fate had started a fire during those 3 hours, it would have been a disaster.

Thanks for the update.

Seems that they have a real issue getting all the cabin carpet replaced as we experienced this on the Golden in June.
As far as the flat screens they either ran out of time or TV's.

The Muts on Coral is way too loud. We are on the Sapphire and were trying to enjoy our balcony and they had their sailway on the Muts and it was so loud we had to leave our balcony.

If the flat screens are going to be anything like the ones on the CB you are not missing out. I have never seen a flat screen with that bad of a picture quality before. The screen was a bit larger than the old style but there was no sharp picture.
