Trying to get an idea of prices on wine, soda, bar drinks and beer aboard Star Flyer. Have heard high and not bad but not many prices to judge by.
Thanks, AJ |

Hi, prices on board are in EURO. Beck's Beer (bottled) is 3,50 €, draft (mostly Heineken) is less. Good wines are available from about 20,00 € up. In total prices are fair and the bartenders are really nice people.

If you've cruised any of the major U.S. lines, you're going to find prices on Star Clipper ships much more reasonable. Their own 'signature' wines are inexpensive: 14.5 Euros for a bottle of very decent table wine. We enjoy a drink, so roughly speaking, with a glass of wine each every afternoon, a cocktail before and a bottle of wine with dinner, our tab came to about 150 - 200 Euros for a ten-day trip. Compared to the larger, more commercial ships, the prices are fair.
