Boarding time for Summt on Dec26 - Help

We are booked for the Dec 26 cruise and just received our documentation. The ship is scduled to depart San Juan at 10 pm (!) and Celebrity states the passangers should plan to arrive atthe pier no earlier than 7 pm. We found this rather ridiculous given we have to be out of the hotel, with our baggage, by noon. Does someone know what time one can get to the pier and reasonably expect to be allowed on board? Your help will be so appreciated.

We have generally boarded around noon. It can change though based on the previous passengers and problems they might encounter with that disembarkation.

I would call someone on that, it appears to be really odd and not something that I have ever seen before. Usually they do board aroung noon and many people come on here and ask if they can board and then leave the ship. Give a call and see what the story is, I'll bet its a mistake...
