I can only answer some of your questions. We did the Shallow Water Interaction but not the one that included the Aqua Adventure pass. The dolphins were great. My daughter is 4. We were first taken to a locker area to slide on wet suits over top our swimwear. Very nice lockers, seemed very secure. We were given complimentary soda or water here. We then had to sit thru a 10 to 15 orientation/video. The large group was divided up into groups of 10 or less and were assigned our trainer. The trainer led us to our dolphin. You will walk in about 3ft deep water over to the edge. The dolphin comes up to each person, does tricks, etc. Then the dolphin will come into the shallow area and each person will get to hug, kiss, and feed the dolphin (all for the camera of course) and then its time for more tricks. I'd say our group spent about 25 - 30 minutes with the dolphin. After we finished, all the groups were lined back up so that all the dolphins could do some tricks together. FYI, you are not allowed to bring your own camera past the beach so you might as well leave it in the locker to be safe. After the interaction is over, you will be directed to a building to buy the pics. Our pics cost $60 for (1) 8X10, (2) 5X7, and (1) 4x6. After that we were free to tour the grounds on our own. We went to the beach for a while then walked thru the Aquarium/Digs. We had plenty of time to explore but we did not do any of the water stuff since that wasn't part of the excursion we paid for. The bus driver will be very adamant about what time the last bus leaves. Pay attention to this. Traffic was very heavy heading back to the ship and we were heading back almost 2 hours before ship's departure time.
