Mazatlan Frank is booked.. Any other good tour operators?

Hello all,
We are on the Dec. 13th sailing Mariner of the Seas. We are trying to do these things in the ports, but Frank and his crew are busy, unless we find 6 others to join us...

we want to go to lovers beach, snorkel, then Medano Beach in Cabo. From what I read this is easy to do on your own.

Mazatlan, we wanted to goto the RIU and tour the city. Frank is full, is there any other tour groups that do things similar? Also, he mentioned a jungle tour?

PV We wanted to do a jungle tour of some sort, but also have some time to go down town and shop.

Can anyone recommend ways that we can go about doing these items? Thank you very much!
