Smile Serenade of the Seas balcony divider ?

We have booked balconies 7050-7070. Can the dividers be removed for access to greater space? Thanks Nick

I don't think they open...I seem to remember the dividers being bolted together--no hinges.

They do not open and RCCL will not open balcony dividers even if they can be opened due to safety concerns. The aft dividers on Grandeur were hinged and we had all 4 JS on Deck 8. They were open for cleaning when we arrived but they would not leave them open for the cruise.
