NCL (Monte Carlo)...Shore Excursion: Nice & Cannes

Looks as though we will be doing the NCL excursion "Nice & Cannes" when we are at port in Monte Carlo.

My question: It appears that we are 'on our own' for lunch, and we were wondering where we will be when they allow us the time for lunch. The way I am reading the tour description it looks as though it may be in the "Cour Saleya" section of Old Nice....as they mention the many restaurants that line the street.

If you've been on this particular shore excursion, we would love to hear your comments.

As you can guess, sampling the local cuisine is as much a part of the trip for us as taking in all of the sites.
