Default Ice Tea/Lemonade

Does princess provide free lemonade or ice tea or other juices during the whole day and night?

Juice is free at breakfast; they have all the usual varieties, I believe, although there was some murmuring hereabouts not too long ago about cranberry juice having a charge (they'd have to pay me to drink it, not the other way around, but whatever). Iced tea is free all day (it's kinda strong, but dilute it half-and-half with water and it's very good). Lemonade is free but only available in the buffet and only during lunchtime.

I'm a big iced tea drinker, so that's about all I have on the cruise. But, just so you know, it's fountain tea - not fresh brewed - which I can barely tolerate. But it's better than paying for drinks and I don't like pop anyway. Iced water is a good (and healthy) drink!

The lemonade is a little hard to get, but it's really good.

We just got off a cruise on the Dawn Princess. Lemonade flowed freely and all day long on the Dawn but maybe that is specific to her as she is an Australian based ship. Perhaps it is not the case on Princess' US based ships.

On sapphire last week it was buffet at lunch only, IF you could pin down a waiter to get it for you.

Hmm, we do not like American style ice tea( its different then what you would be served in Canada as it is basically cold tea unsweetened,, rather horrid,, most especially as the quality of tea used is so very bad,,, I bring my own tea bags anyways for hot tea) ,, so we really really hope we can snag some lemonade.
I know we are spoiled being used to sugared tea,, but thats just the way it is.. I have been told to put sugar in the tea,, but it doesn't seem to disolve...

Obviously you have not had southern iced tea if you think American style is unsweetened.

My husband loves his sweet tea. What he does is put the sugar in a cup, adds hot water and a tea bag (Princess has lots of different teas). After it is the right color he pours the tea into a glass of ice. The sugar dissolves well in the hot water.

You can't dissolve sugar in cold tea. Have to add it to hot tea and then pour over ice. Add lemon to make it extra yummy!

Add a little plain hot water in the glass, dissolve the sugar, add ice and then the tea. Trust me when I tell you that diluting the tea slightly won't make one bit of difference if you decide to try the ships tea.

We're just the opposite. I love when the tea is unsweetened! If you drink the sweet stuff you might as well drink sodas. I don't want 6 tablespoons of sugar and over 200 calories in a drink. I like to save my calories for good stuff ...like wine

They also offer tea bags all day. Brew your own and ice after.

We had no problem asking for lemonade on the CB a couple of weeks ago.

Just got off the Island. They had lemonade in the buffet all day in dispensers next to the ice and water. You can serve yourself or a waiter will get it for you.

On the coral there was periodic access to lemonade but you had to ask. as for iced tea, it was the most disgusting iced tea i'ld ever drank. I tried it once, and from then on, made a cup of hot tea, and then when ready poured in into a glass of ice. using this method you can get lot sof flavors to, because they do have a decent selection of herbal teas, and you can sweeten to taste by adding as much or little sugar while the tea is hot (i like my tea lightly sweetened)

Just got off the Diamond. Ice tea is always available help yourself. If you want lemonade it is available at lunch and after but you must ask a waiter for it. They deliver it to your table.

Interesting! I would love it if they would just add it to the dispensers on all the ships. I have no problem serving myself. In my experience, getting waiter service in the buffet is real hit and miss, so I'm guessing I'll be waiting a long time to get lemonade.

if you mix the lemonade with the unsweetened tea it comes out like presweetened tea.
