Relaxed Debarkation Times and Zones

I understand that the ships use various zones to assist in the debarkation process. The images below show a recent Destiny cruise. How are debarkation zones assigned? I have a balacony room on the Empress deck (category 8B) and was wondering if cabin category had anything to do with the assignments.
