Default Transportation from Miami airport to port (RC)
Is it easy to get a cab and how much they charge? Is it per person?

It's $24 per cab, not per person! It's super easy and fast. Get your luggage, head to the "taxi stand", and go!
Same thing for the return after the cruise.
