Default I please need your help with lost DVD
Hello Everyone,
This is my first time posting on this board, and I would like to thank everyone for their help in advance. Here is my problem, my family and I took a celebrity cruise the week before easter this year, and we had a wonderful time. I bought the "cruise in review"(That is what they call it on RCCL, the highlight video of your trip), well, I lost the DVD!!!! Their was stuff that was captured on the DVD that I didnt get to record on my own private dvd. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if there is a way to purchase another DVD from Celebrity? I would really appreciate any suggestions.

Stacy, I would call Celebrity and ask them if they archive each cruise video and if so, how far back do they go. If they do, in fact archive, they may be able to do another DVD for you. If they can do this for you, ask them how much, just so there are no surprises.

And if Celebrity can't help you, it might be a good idea to check on the roll call board. Find your sailing and ask if anyone else purchased the dvd and doesn't want it now. Maybe they would be willing to sell it to you -- again, be sure of the cost before agreeing. (And next time you sail, you will, of course, join your roll call and sign up for the CC party. )

The photo dept is run by a concession. You can reorder a copy of the DVD at www.image.com
