Default Sad news for pumpkin eaters worldwide

Kim, I am sorry to tell you that there will be no leftovers this year. In fact, because of a wet summer, there is a BIG shortage of pumpkin filling this year. Most of this year's crop rotted on the ground before it could be harvested and canned. There was such a shortage that it had to be broadcast on the news country-wide.

However, we all volunteer to savor at least one mouthful of pie on your behalf.

Hi Kim,

Here's a slice of pumpkin pie that you'd asked. My DW bought a gigantic pumpkin pie from Costco. I know we'll eating this pie for many days.

Happy Thanksgiving.

Kim,
We have 2 home made pumpkin pies in the kitchen. Sorry we can't send you some. I like the pies almost as much as waffles. (They'll be gone quickly. )

Hi Kim:

I would love to send you something because you always have a great attitude. I hope my family brings me home something since I'm stuck at home with a cold. I would also like to send you some stuffing tthat my wife makes, it is the best I've ever had.

My mouth is watering! Lots of nice photos! Makes me hungry.

I love my life in Brazil , but sadly , pies are not a tradition here. Neither are waffles(which I love too!). I just got off the phone with my parents and told them eat lots of pie in my honor , to celebrate the good news we got the day before yesterday. My dad , who has CML (Chronic Myeloid Leukemia) is still in complete remission and has a clean bill of health.

dkjretired.. I also adore stuffing . My mom used to put walnuts in it , yum. Wouldn´t it be fun to have a CC turkey dinner! Thank you for the kind words-made my day. Sorry you are stuck at home-maybe turkey soup would be good.

Texed , that is why homemade waffles are the best!
