Booking shows and dinner on Breakaway

How far before my cruise can I book dinners and shows? Which shows do I have to book? Thank you

You can book Rock of Ages, Burn the Floor, Pajama Jam, Cirque, Second City and Second City Dysfunktional Family.

Cirque, Pajama Jam and 2nd City Dysfunktional family have a charge. The others are free.

Finally the 45 mark is here and I can start booking things. If we book any specialty restaurants or entertainment do we pay for them at the time of booking or is the cost added to our on board account?

Also, has anyone done the Pajama Jam before and if so, is it work the $20 per person? Was thinking my daughter would love this but from out past cruise on the Jewel there will be plenty of other opportunities to see the characters so wasn't sure if it made sense to book the breakfast.
