Formal nights on Allure and Chops

I got official word on when formal nights are on Allure...Eastern route from RCCL:

Now I am wondering, how far in advance do you have to cancel reservations at Chops before a penalty?

More than 4 days ahead it will be credited back to your CC charged....once aboard you can cancel without penalty 24hrs ahead and it will credit back to your seapass account.

I thought Formal nights were Monday and Friday. When did this change?

I just looked at the posted compasses from the recent February 19-26th Eastern Cruise and the formal nights were still Monday and Friday. You may want to double check the information you received.
