Hump balcony cabin question

We have booked for the Norwegian Fjords on QV in May 2018.

Our cabin is a deck 7 balcony on the rear of the hump, so we have a slightly bigger balcony but it faces the rear of the ship.

My question is, how much privacy will there be, given that we look onto the balconies further down ship from us and because we 'stick out' we are also visible to others ??

Any experience of these cabins appreciated

I assume you mean you have a corner balcony on the end of an 'out' bit along the side? We have had a couple of these. The extra balcony is nice. They are really quite overlooked (and you can see right into several other balconies) but we didn't really find this to be a problem as not that many people actually use their balconies that often. They can also be looked into from above on deck 10.

My only problem was that I found the cabins to be a little dark due to angle of the windows and door!

Thanks for the replies. I see what you mean from looking at the picture. But we hope it will give a nice aft view of the fjords as we sail through, and we like the idea of the bigger balcony.
