RCC Harmony of the Seas free dining rotation?

I received a message on my cruise planner informing me that once on board I can view my early seating dining rotation. I did not book any pay restaurants. I thought Oasis class ships did away with dynamic dining?

When I was on Harmony early and late fixed dining was assigned to American Icon on deck 3 and My Time Dining was assigned to decks 4 and 5(Silk and Grande(?))

I was just on HOTS last month and this is indeed correct.

Have they changed the look of the American Icon Grill. On Allure and Oasis Silk and Grande are far more elegant and the Icon Grill looks like a diner with the metal license plate decorations, and tables are much closer together. May be time to go all specialty dinning. happy cruising
