GEM dry dock

We heard conflicting info while on board.

Told several times it is postponed until Oct/Nov next year, yet the cruise consultant said they were going to convert blue lagoon and Moderno while at sea without the need to dry dock.

That's not conflicting information. Both statements are true. The drydock has been postponed until 2015, but they are doing the Moderno move (and presumably converting the prior Moderno space and Blue Lagoon into O'Sheehan's) while the ship is still cruising.

There is more to be done in the drydock than the Moderno move and conversion to O'Sheehan's.

Your PCC is correct. Work has started and will be completed by Nov 22nd.
