Grand Cayman Fishing Charters!

We are a party of 3 arriving on the Carnival Dream to Grand Caymans in early April of 2015. We are looking for a cheaper fishing charter with good reviews. It can either be deep sea or reef fishing. Any suggestions would be appreciated. All I am finding is $500 and up for a half day charter. Has anyone ever done fishing charters in Grand Caymans?
