You can request an iron from your room steward.

They will bring it to your stateroom. And come back quickly to collect it since it is a fire hazard (you can't hold on to it, you have to be ready to iron when it comes).

I was expecting to be rushed as well, but when I requested one on the Sun a few months ago, the steward brought it by, and when I told him I'd be through in about an hour, his response was "no rush, I'll stop by later and pick it up". I finished ironing and left it for him, and it wasn't picked up for at least another hour or two.
