Do I have to pay for the steam and sauna on Dream?

I was on the dream for the Sept. 19 inaugural out of Rome. The male change room across from the gym has a steam room inside it with free towels. If you go out the back door of the change room you can access the co-ed dry sauna. I didn't notice anyone with wrist bands or no one stopped me when going in. Enjoy you trip.
