Shore excursions availability

We are on a cruise in July and working to plan our excursions. We will definitely be doing private tours in some ports, but I would like to see what Azamara is offering in others before committing. There are a few excursions posted on their website, but many ports have nothing yet. Do you know how far in advance they usually release the options?

i still have ports missing for this winter.. the big cities get done first.. maybe people on here can suggest ship or private if we know what ports of call you are doing.
