Second this. Free shuttles from airport and to pier. Good free breakfast. Some shopping across the street (Kmart, BJs and Home Depot). Mostly fast food dining however.

Tons of hotel options right on that intersection of I-95 and Stirling. Very popular pre-cruise area. I wouldn't focus too much on shuttles as the airport and port are very close to this area and you might spend more for a package including shuttles then what you would spend for a room and arranging your own transportation.
