Wine-RCC

I believe we are allowed to bring 2 bottles of wine per each stateroom on the Jewel of the seas. We will be having dinner at Barrachinos the night before the cruise and would like to pick up some wine and hand rolled cigars. Does anyone know a place to get wine and cigars close by the restaurant.
