Few Questions About Antarctica

I had a few questions reguarding Anarctica. I will be (hopefully) going to book a South American Cruise for Jan 2010. I was wondering if anyone knows if a company offers cruises to Antarctica from South America. Also what are the must see attractions?

... except for those that leave from Australia and New Zealand. You'll need to decide whether you want to cruise on a 'normal' cruise ship or an expedition ship. Generally, unless it's a repo cruise, the expedition ships leave from Ushuaia. The 'normal' cruise ship will leave from whereever!
