5waldos Posted May 21, 2017 #1 Share Posted May 21, 2017 I now have separate accounts: one for My Azamara and one for Booked Guests. I had signed up for My Azamara and was never able to get in so yesterday tried to set it up under a different sign-in name and email address. Of course that one took (naturally) but when I put in my reservation number, although it recognized it, it showed 0 passengers, and none of the information that I have entered (personal info, etc). When I sign onto Booked Guests, that information is still there, including 2 guests. Any ideas how I can get this all sorted out?
bob278 Posted May 21, 2017 #2 Share Posted May 21, 2017 Any ideas how I can get this all sorted out? It will involve phone calls (probably more than one). I assume you have cruised before so I suggest starting with Celebrity's Captain's Club since the two programs are merged. That number is: 1-844-418-6824 But the only sure-fire way is:
5waldos Posted May 21, 2017 Author #3 Share Posted May 21, 2017 I have but not on either Azamara or Celebrity. But that was my fear- phone calls. Multiple ones. Ah well- it will sort out eventually I guess. As long as they let me on the ship- and assign me a cabin.
5waldos Posted May 21, 2017 Author #4 Share Posted May 21, 2017 Wow- found a workaround. They still show me with 0 passengers but at least all the other information is there. Hopefully the passenger situation should be easy to correct.
laurieb Posted May 21, 2017 #5 Share Posted May 21, 2017 An easy call to LeClub Voyage will get it straightened out; had to do that for my hubby who was having issues with his account on Friday. Took all of 5 minutes
5waldos Posted May 22, 2017 Author #6 Share Posted May 22, 2017 Will do that too as there are still zero passengers in our cabin. Thanks for the encouragement as often those are long and painful calls.
