Wondering if any of the following beaches rent loungers and umbrellas -

Vigie Beach' date=' Choc Bay Beach, Labrelotte Bay Beach, or Anse Chastanet Beach?

We have been to Reduit Beach, would like to try a different beach if we can.[/quote']

Anse Chastenet rents chairs and palapas. Keep in mind, a solid 90 minute drive one way, and will cost approx $100us one way, maybe more as many drivers charge a surcharge for taking the AC road.

Choc doesn't have a chair rental set up, The Wharf, a restaurant/bar on the beach there has a few chairs available for patrons, good food and drink. Not the most scenic beach, and a bit muddy as Choc river dumps out right nearby. No watersports,, etc.

Labrolette is where Windjammer Landings is located, you can contact them about renting chairs and using their facilities for the day, otherwise - no, no chair or umbrella vendors or beaxh services. No chairs or umbrellas at Vigie but tons of natural shade and local food and rum shacks near the airport entrance...

Hope that helps. Enjoy your...

Has anyone gone to Malabar Beach or Vigie beach?

Wonder if they rent umbrellas/chairs to cruise passengers?

Vigie Beach is talked about many times here on the forum. It's very much a local beach - no tourism facilities. No chairs or umbrellas for rent, no bathrooms, etc. There is loads of natural shade from the many trees, calm swimming waters, facilties at the airport across the road, and local food and run shacks down near the airport entrance for some local eats - grilled chicken, fried or grilled fish, bakes, roti, etc..

(Malabar beach is one portion of Vigie Beach area, down in front of Rendezvous all-inclusive resort). You can get a day pass at Rendezvous if you want the resort experience - it is adults only and couples only....

Enjoy your trip.
