RCL Casino open in Bermuda?

Heard that RCL purchased the license for Bermuda to keep casino open when in port. Anyone recently to Bermuda that can comment on casino open or closed?

For Anthem, the casino opens at 9 pm when docked in Bermuda overnight. The casino is not open during the day while docked in Bermuda.

The Bermudan people voted on this change about 19 months ago. This is a law that applies to all cruise lines, it is not specific to RCCL. The casinos may open at 9:00 pm while in port.

I do believe the cruise lines still have to purchase permit for each ship. I was on the Liberty of the Seas in November 2015 (10 months ago). The Casino was not open at all while we were there overnight. So wether or not they are open may be ship specific.
