I was looking for the gift cards too. I may buy a couple from Verizon just for the sail and sign card. I will be looking for a Monday cruise deal too. $1.00 upgrades may get me in a balcony for the first time depending on how they work.

So far nothing that looks like an actual sale. Fare prices for the Onboard Credit "Sale" today are completed hiked up to cover the amount of the OBC. Or at least for the cruises that I checked on this morning. Typical Carnival bait and switch sale.

Yes, the prices are higher to cover the OBC. Not a sale at all. Not the first time Carnival has played games us on sales.

What a disappointment with the sales so far. Though really in was expecting nothing more. Still hoping for a deposit sale at the very minimum . I know I just missed one but I'd like to see another.

I heard on Monday there will be 50% reduced deposits on select sailings from January - May. We will have to see if it will happen or not.
