Chef's Table Menu Coral Princess 12/5/10

Attached is the menu from the chef's table. It was definitely worth every penny!!!!

I have also attached pictures of one of the appetizers and the main course.

Interesting.. The menu is almost identical to the one we had on the Star and on the Ruby...

Same with on the Sapphire.

Ours on the Crown was quite a bit different. Will try to get round to posting about our experience soon.

The menu is roughly similar to our Chef's Table on the Caribbean Princess last year. We had pork tenderloin rather than venison and lobster risotto. I do like to see how the menu varies. We did the Chef's Table on the Island Princess earlier this year and had a very different menu (surf and turf). Interesting part was it was the same Executive Chef that did our first Chef's Table on the Caribbean Princess. Always a great experience.

Only a couple of minor differences between that menu and ours on the Diamond earlier in the year...

On the Crown, we had lobster risotto, medalions of veal, pork and filet along with lobster tails. Our sorbet was bloody mary heavy on the grey goose!:)

On The Emerald we also had the lobster risotto as well as the grey goose ladened bloody mary sorbet. The OP's menu does indeed sound yummy.....:):):)

We had the Chef's Table on 2 different sailings on the Golden. The first was just so so, the second was great.
